(1) The proponent shall prepare the environmental study report in accordance with this Act in the prescribed format so that the standards and quality determined by the Government of Nepal are maintained.
(2) If the report is submitted contrary to the criteria or quality as per sub-section (1) or without following such criteria, the consultant preparing such report shall not be allowed to prepare the environmental study report for a maximum period of five years.
